Scientific Program
==================

Preliminary program is ready and available at the web page. Total time for oral contributions is 20 minutes (15 minutes talk + 5 minutes for questions). Invited reviews are 45 minutes long (35 minutes talk + 10 minutes discussion). Poster contributions will be displayed during the whole meeting, although we will encourage discussion during coffee breaks of their respective sessions. Posters should be not wider than 90cm and up to 130cm tall.

Transportation to Carilo
========================

We have added more bus services for travelling to Carilo. Besides the bus that leaves from downtown BA we have arranged for one or two buses to depart directly from Ezeiza Airport from Sunday morning. In order to sort out these buses timetables, we do need travel details from all participants. If you have not done so, please send us your travel plans as soon as possible. For those arriving on Saturday or before, please let us know your address, as it may be possible to pick you up from your hotel.

Hotel Check-in
==============

In order to speed up your check-in upon arrival, the Marcin Hotel manager has offered to prepare your check-in form in advance. If you wish to take advantage of this, please send us your ID details (type of document and document number).

Carilo Info
===========

If you require a special diet, and have not stated so in your registration form, please let us now in advance, in order to set up lunch and conference dinner menues according to your needs.

Although we are all expected to be attending scientific sessions while the effects of solar UV-rays are stronger, it is recommended to wear sunscreen lotion if you are going to make the most of beach time.

The Carilo Village has no streetlamps, as they try to preserve the natural environment. If you are planning to walk around at night we recommend you to bring flashlights.
